Description of preparation:
Zucchini and sausage fritters can be served with sour cream, various sauces. If desired, such pancakes can be supplemented with vegetables or light salads, they are also good with a cup of tea or coffee.
Prepare the ingredients.
Rinse and dry the zucchini, grate the zucchini on a fine grater. Squeeze out excess liquid. Add the chicken egg to the zucchini.
Cut the sausage into small cubes and add to the zucchini.
Grate hard cheese on a medium grater, add cheese chips to the ingredients.
Pour in wheat flour, add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir all ingredients until smooth.
Warm the pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put the squash in a tablespoon, fry the pancakes on both sides for several minutes.
