Description of preparation:
Appetizing and low-calorie mayonnaise can be prepared without the help of a mixer or blender, whipping the ingredients with a regular whisk. This will take you no more than 10-12 minutes with a quality chicken egg and odorless vegetable oil. Serve the sauce chilled – it will become thicker.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Gently break the chicken egg and remove the protein – it is not needed in the recipe. Put the yolk in a deep container, add salt and ground black pepper.
Rub the yolk with spices thoroughly for 3-4 minutes until white. This is best done with a whisk. The condition is mandatory – if the yolk mass does not turn white, then it will not combine with oil. Then pour in the oil literally dropwise and beat.
Pour in thick thick classic yogurt without additives and mix everything thoroughly. Add lemon juice and mix again – the mayonnaise is completely ready!
If desired, the sauce can be chilled in the refrigerator or immediately served at the table, for example, to salads from fresh herbs, poultry.
