Description of the preparation:

At home, it is very easy and simple to prepare delicious yogurt from farm milk. You will definitely know that in such a product there are no harmful preservatives and thickeners, it can be given even to babies, because the protein of cow's milk is already split in it.

Milk products / Milk / Yogurt
The drinks / Dairy

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Get farm milk, for example, from familiar farmers or in the market. Store milk is not suitable for yogurt!

Pour the milk into a cauldron or in a pan with a non-stick bottom, bring to a boil and quickly turn off the heat until the product "runs away" over the edge of the container onto the stove. Cool on a stove to 30-35 degrees. This condition is mandatory, since yogurt does not ferment in hot boiling water!

Pour the milk into a bowl and add the yogurt purchased in the store without additives to it. Mix well.

Preheat the oven to 35 degrees, but no more! Pour milk into small jars or containers, close them tightly with a lid.

Put the jars in the mold, and the mold in the oven and simmer the product there for at least 2-4 hours, in no case raising the temperature!

After that, move the jars in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours, and even better – leave them there overnight. In the morning you will get thick classic yogurt, which you can add to salads, dressings for dishes, cook breakfast with it.
