You can cook rosy and delicious pizza in a pan very quickly. The main thing is to let the yeast dough stand apart so that it becomes lush, porous and airy during the cooking process. Make the dough 30 minutes before the start of cooking, either in the evening or in the morning, place in a bag and put in the refrigerator.

Mix dry yeast with warm water, flour and salt. Knead a not too thick dough and leave for 20-30 minutes to proof, covering with a towel.
