Description of the preparation:
Before baking pancakes, it is very important to add warm water to the dough. It is thick after proofing and needs to be made thinner. The dough should drain evenly from the ladle. Only after achieving such a consistency, you will get thin pancakes in the hole. And do not pour a lot of dough into the pan!
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
In 500 ml. dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water.
In a separate bowl, mix the sifted flour, salt, and vanillin.
Mix the liquid part with the bulk. Stir until smooth.
Add vegetable oil.
Stir thoroughly so that the oil does not separate from the dough. Cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
After time, mix the dough gently. It will be slightly viscous. Add 120 ml. warm water (temperature 34-36 degrees), mix well again. Set aside a frying pan.
Before baking, grease the pan with vegetable oil once. Pour a portion of the dough, distribute and bake on a fire slightly below average. As soon as it ceases to be liquid, turn the pancake on the other side.
Fry until tender and on the other hand.
Fold the finished pancakes in a stack, smearing each time with butter.
Serve pancakes with heat with your favorite additives. Enjoy your meal!
