  • Zucchini – 2 pcs.;
  • Carrots – 1 pc.;
  • Onion – 1 pc. (small);
  • Garlic – 1-4 cloves (to taste);
  • Tomato paste – 50 grams;
  • Water – 50 grams;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Sugar – 1 tsp;
  • Vinegar – 1 tbsp l.

Wash, dry and peel the vegetables, cut into small cubes and place in a microwave-safe dish. Cover, turn on maximum power and cook for 5-6 minutes. Meanwhile, dissolve tomato paste in water, add vinegar, salt and sugar. Remove vegetables, add tomato sauce and stir. Microwave again for another 5 minutes. After that, all that remains is to grind the vegetables in a blender and cool the caviar before serving.

You will need:

  • Egg – 2 pcs.;
  • Water or milk – 50 grams;
  • Tomato – 1 pc.;
  • Butter – 1 tsp;
  • Salt, pepper and herbs to taste.

Beat eggs with milk or water. Add diced tomato, salt and pepper to taste, some fresh herbs if desired. Place the eggs in a tall buttered mug and cook on maximum power for about 2 minutes. If the omelet is thin, turn it on for another 30-40 seconds.

You can prepare a quick and healthy snack or dessert for children and adults in the microwave.

We need:

  • Apple – 2 pcs.;
  • Cottage cheese – 100 grams;
  • Raisins – 2 tbsp. l .;
  • Honey to taste.

Pour raisins with boiling water for a couple of minutes, then dry and combine with cottage cheese. Wash, dry and cut the apples. Fill the apples with the curd filling and place in a microwave-safe dish. Bake for 5-8 minutes until desired softness. Drizzle apples with honey before serving.

A complete lunch can be easily prepared in a multicooker with a minimum of hassle.


  • Pasta – 200 grams;
  • Sweet pepper – 1 pc.;
  • Onion – 1 pc.;
  • Carrots – 1 pc.;
  • Tomato – 1 pc.;
  • Garlic – 1-3 cloves;
  • Tomato sauce – 50 grams;
  • Vegetable oil – 50 grams;
  • Salt, herbs and pepper to taste.

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, and set the Fry mode. Peel and chop vegetables. First fry the onion until lightly browned, then add carrots, garlic, bell peppers and tomato. Fry vegetables, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Put the pasta in a bowl, add salt, pepper, tomato sauce and stir. Pour in some water to cover the pasta. Set Soup or Stew for 7 minutes. Ready-made pasta with vegetables can be supplemented with herbs before serving.

You will need:

  • Potatoes – 500 grams;
  • Onion – 1 pc.;
  • Mushrooms – 150 grams;
  • Vegetable oil – 50 grams;
  • Salt and spices to taste.

Heat vegetable oil in a bowl on the Fry mode. Peel and chop the potatoes. Put in a bowl and fry until half cooked, stirring occasionally (time depends on the size of the potato pieces and the power of the technique). Chop the onion and finely chop the mushrooms. Add the onion and mushrooms to the bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry for another 5 minutes. Then set the Baking mode, and simmer the potatoes for another 10 minutes until fully cooked.

Put the soda in kefir and stir. Add egg, sugar, a pinch of salt and sifted flour. Stir the dough until smooth. Heat the vegetable oil in a multicooker bowl on the Fry mode. Spoon the dough out and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

You will need:

  • Pork steak – 2 pcs.;
  • Salt and pepper to taste;
  • Soy sauce – 5-8 tbsp l. (optional);
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.

Wash the meat, dry it, salt and pepper to taste. If you wish, you can marinate it in soy sauce for 20 minutes. Preheat the grill, brush it with vegetable oil. Place the steaks and fry for 5-10 minutes (time depends on the power of the technique and the thickness of the piece of meat). Serve the finished steak with vegetables, garnish or sauce.

You can simply and deliciously grill not only meat, but also your favorite vegetables.

You will need:

  • Zucchini – 2 pcs.;
  • Potatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • Onion – 1 pc.;
  • Carrots – 1 pc.;
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp l .;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l .;
  • Salt and spices to taste.

Wash, dry, peel and cut the vegetables into thin slices. You can choose absolutely any vegetables that you like. Season them with salt to taste, add spices and drizzle with soy sauce. Heat the grill, brush with oil and add vegetables. Roast for 3 to 7-8 minutes until tender.

  • Lightly salted mackerel – 300 grams;
  • Sour apple – 1 pc.;
  • Boiled egg – 2 pcs.;
  • Butter – 3 tbsp. l .;
  • Herbs and spices to taste.

Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel. Separate the mackerel fillets, peel the apple and grate on a fine grater. Combine fish and eggs in a blender bowl, add softened butter, herbs and spices to taste there. Grind everything until smooth. Add the grated apple to the finished pate and mix well. Chill before serving.

You will need:

  • Pear – 2 pcs.;
  • Banana – 1 pc.;
  • Mandarin – 2 pcs.;

You can take any fruit that you like best. Wash them, pat dry and cut as thin as possible. Place on trays in the dryer. Set the temperature to 65 degrees and dry the fruit for about 10-12 hours. Finished chips can be stored in a glass jar with a lid.
