Today we will prepare a sauce based on soy sauce and honey, add a little sour cream and spices. We will bake the wings in the oven, under foil. As a result, the wings will melt in your mouth, they are incredibly tender and appetizing. Wings will perfectly complement dishes from potatoes, porridge, vegetables.
Prepare your ingredients.
Rinse and dry the chicken wings, then transfer to a bowl. Add salt, pepper, spices to taste to the wings.
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce and sour cream. If desired, sour cream can be replaced with mayonnaise.
Add honey to the sauce and mix well.
Now pour the sauce into the wings. Mix all the ingredients well with your hands, leave to marinate for 3-4 hours.
After a while, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Transfer the wings and sauce to an ovenproof dish, seal with foil and place in the oven.
Bake the wings for 40 minutes, then remove the foil and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
