Prepare the ingredients.
Rinse the chicken and with a sharp knife remove the flesh from it, do this starting from the breast, as if "undressing" the chicken. It’s better to cut off the wings right away, we won’t need them.
Along the chicken leg, make an incision and carefully cutting the bone, remove it.
Spread foil in 2 layers on the table, put the removed chicken meat on it.
With a knife, cut off the thickening from the breast, move the cut part to where the layer of meat is thinner.
Thus, smooth the thickness of the meat over the entire surface.
Lightly beat the meat, sprinkle with gelatin, salt, pepper, add spicy dry herbs.
Cut the olives, chop the garlic, put on the surface of the meat.
Lay out strips of bell pepper and slices of tomatoes, removing seeds.
Gently roll the roll, helping yourself with the edge of the foil.
The roll can be boiled and then it should be bandaged with twine.
To bake in the oven, wrap the chicken roll tightly in foil. Bake for 1.5 hours in the oven at a temperature of 150-180 degrees.
Before cutting from the roll, it should be completely cooled.
Serve sliced chicken roll on salad leaves, with fresh vegetables and herbs. The roll turns out beautiful and tasty!
