You can cook the soup in two ways – boil the beans in advance until tender, so that they are well boiled, or use canned beans. I like the second option. Dilute the beans with broth, use fried onions and sausage when serving. It turns out – you will lick your fingers!
Prepare ingredients according to the list. Use chicken or meat broth.

Transfer the beans to the bowl of a kitchen blender.

Grind the beans at high speed until creamy.

Transfer the beans to a saucepan, dilute with broth, add salt, pepper, dry garlic and laurel. Boil the soup for 3-4 minutes.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Cut the sausage into strips.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add onion and sausage. Cook the ingredients for 3-4 minutes.
