Prepare all the ingredients.
Wash the pumpkin, peel and sunflower seeds. Cut into cubes of medium thickness. Drizzle with oil, salt, pepper, season with dried garlic. Send to bake in the oven at 200 degrees for half an hour.
Cale wash, dry. Tear off leaves from a stalk, break them into small pieces. Sprinkle with vegetable oil, slightly wipe with hands until soft.
