Warm salad with liver and omelet
Cooking description:
Fry the liver in a pan with champignons, add lettuce and cherry tomatoes. We will separately prepare omelette pancakes, all together just perfectly match to taste. Season the salad with a little mayonnaise. Be sure to take note of the recipe!
Prepare your ingredients.

Whisk the egg into a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt and whisk.

Heat a frying pan, lightly grease with oil, then pour in the omelet mixture and fry the pancake on each side for 30-40 seconds.

Rinse the champignons and dry, then cut the mushrooms into medium-sized pieces.

Rinse the chicken liver and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the liver into medium slices.

Roll the egg pancake and cut into strips.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the liver with mushrooms until tender – 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then season with salt and pepper.

Place clean lettuce leaves on a plate, add scrambled eggs and cherry slices.

Spread hot liver and mushrooms on top of the salad.

Pour some mayonnaise on the salad and serve.
