Prepare all the ingredients.
Disassemble the cauliflower for inflorescences. Boil in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then recline in a colander.
Cut the pepper into thin strips, celery and carrots in circles, and chop the garlic finely with a knife. Sauté the vegetables in olive oil in a pan for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cauliflower. Season with pepper and salt. Warm up one more minute.
At the end, sprinkle with coarsely chopped greens and mix. Before serving, you can sprinkle the salad with lemon juice.
