There is probably nothing easier than making a vinaigrette. Even beginner housewives can do it. You can fill it with any vegetable oil, both refined and fragrant. If desired, you can add a pinch of black pepper and a small amount of 3% or 6% vinegar. Apple or wine is also suitable. Serve a bright, beautiful vinaigrette for an appetizer or as part of a complex side dish with meat or poultry.
Prepare all the ingredients for the preparation of vinaigrette.
Cook the potatoes in a “jacket”, cool, peel and chop finely. Put in a salad bowl.
Add canned green peas.
Squash the sauerkraut from the brine and put in a vinaigrette.
Add chopped chives.
Cook carrots in a peel, cool, peel, cut into small cubes.
Chop the pickles the same way. Add to the vinaigrette.
Cook the beets in a peel, cool, peel and chop finely. Put in a salad bowl with the rest of the vegetables.
Salt the vinaigrette to taste and season with aromatic sunflower oil.
