Since slicing vegetables can be different, and the microwave power depends on the specific model, the exact cooking time can only be known in practice. You may need a little more or less time than indicated in the recipe, but agree that the method is very fast and convenient. In taste, such vegetables are not inferior to those cooked on the stove. With a shortage of time, very convenient, take note!
Prepare all the ingredients.
Peel the beets, cut them into small cubes and put them in a deep bowl, suitable for microwave cooking. Cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and bake the beets at maximum power for 5 minutes.
Add the carrots cut in the same cubes and microwave them for another 5 minutes.
Then add the diced potatoes and bake the vegetables together for exactly another 5 minutes.
Vegetables in the microwave for the vinaigrette are ready. Let them cool slightly, then add onions, pickles, sauerkraut and other favorite ingredients.
