Prepare all the ingredients.
Cut the radishes and carrots into slices, onion into large slices, peel the garlic. Peppers from peppers, dismantle cauliflower for inflorescences. Cut the vegetables into large slices.
Put onion, carrot, cauliflower, bell pepper, radish and garlic in layers on the bottom of a pre-sterilized jar.
For marinade, add salt, sugar, peas and coriander seeds to the water. After boiling add vinegar and remove from the stove.
Pour the marinade over the vegetables. Close the lid, turn the jar upside down and leave to cool completely.
Vegetables for the winter are ready!
