Vegetable stew with meatballs is a very satisfying and tasty dish. First fry the meatballs, then stew with vegetables. The vegetable set is very affordable, take potatoes, cabbage, onions, carrots and bell peppers.
Prepare all ingredients.
Twist the pork in a meat grinder, add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir the minced meat – this is a blank for meatballs.
Form small meatballs and fry them in a skillet with a little oil. Fry quickly until golden brown, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Peel the onions and carrots, dice the onions and grate the carrots.
Cut the cabbage into large pieces.
Heat some oil in a saucepan, add cabbage, onions and carrots. Fry vegetables for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.
Add the sliced potatoes, salt and stir in the vegetables. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Then add chopped bell peppers and fried meatballs to the pan.
Dilute the tomato paste with water, pour the sauce into a saucepan and simmer the stew with meatballs for 15 minutes until cooked through.
