Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Wash the carrots well, cut into small cubes and place in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the carrots until golden brown.
Peel the onion, chop finely and add to the carrots. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Cut the peppers into small pieces and place them in the pan along with the peas.
Add tomato paste, garlic to vegetables and fry for 3 minutes.
Rinse the rice well, pour it over the vegetables, add water, salt and simmer everything over low heat for 30-35 minutes.
