Below I will explain in more detail how to make vegan juices. The tofu for this recipe is best for medium density. Instead of rice flour, you can add coconut flour or semolina to the filling. The juices are no different to the classic version. In my family, everyone loves such confectioners, so take note of the recipe!
Prepare all ingredients.
Mash the margarine and sugar with a fork until smooth.
Then add flour, salt and baking powder. Stir with your hands until smooth.
Add a couple of tablespoons of water. Stir. You should have a firm, elastic dough. It is better to add water gradually. Roll the dough into a ball, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Mash the tofu with a fork or chop with a blender. Add sugar, vanillin and citric acid to taste. Add 1-2 tbsp at the end. rice flour, if the filling is thin.
Divide the dough into 8-12 equal parts. Roll them into balls.
Roll each ball to a thickness of 4-5 millimeters.
Place about 1-1.5 tbsp on one edge. tofu fillings. Spread it out with a spoon in a thin layer.
Cover with the second slice of dough.
Bake the juices for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
