Description of the preparation:
There is no clear list of ingredients for vegan cookies. We choose dried fruits and seeds to taste, you can also add a variety of nuts. In this recipe we use grated apple for cookies, but you can take pear, peach, pumpkin or carrots, choose for yourself. Adjust the amount of flour in the process. If the dough is too soft, add some more flour.
Prepare the ingredients.
Pour sugar into a bowl, add sunflower oil and vanilla essence.
Three ginger and an apple on a fine grater and add to the bowl.
Pass the dried fruits through a meat grinder and add to the rest of the ingredients.
Pour the seeds into a bowl.
Add flour and knead the dough.
We make a round cookie and put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Sent to the oven. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees, about 15 minutes.
