Below I will explain in more detail how to make vegan cookies. Optionally, you can add chopped dark chocolate, raisins or dried cherries to the cookies. Use a ripe and soft banana for a sweeter and more flavorful cookie. It is perfect for family tea drinking.
Prepare all ingredients.
Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, vanillin, baking powder, and sugar in a deep bowl.
Cut the apple into small cubes.
Add to bowl, stir. Add coarsely chopped nuts there.
Peel the banana and beat with a blender together with vegetable oil until smooth.
Pour the chopped banana into a bowl, stir. Knead the dough with your hands until smooth. If the dough is crumbling, it is permissible to add 1-2 tbsp. water.
Roll out the dough, cut out the circles with a mold. Bake cookies in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
