Veal liver pate turns out to be aromatic and tasty. First, fry the liver with vegetables, then twist in a meat grinder. Ready-made pate can be stored well for several days in the refrigerator.
Prepare all ingredients.
Flush the liver, remove the film, cut off the veins, if any. Cut the liver into medium slices.
Cut the onions into cubes, grate the carrots.
Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet, add the liver and fry for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Place vegetables in skillet with liver.
Stir in nutmeg, coriander for flavor, simmer vegetables and liver for 7-8 minutes until tender. Then remove from heat and cool slightly.
Twist the liver and vegetables through a meat grinder. If you have a blender, you can use it.
Add room temperature soft butter.
Stir well and done.
