Mustava is a soup that is cooked with beef or lamb, and the hostess decides which one to take. Despite the fact that we need the most common products, this soup, like any dish of oriental cuisine, has its own flavor. It is not difficult to prepare Uzbek rice soup, but it turns out very tasty and aromatic, try it! The dish undoubtedly deserves attention!
Prepare all ingredients. You can use any parts of the meat for the soup, I have ribs.
If you have flesh, cut the meat into pieces, and if you use the ribs, then cut them into pieces. Cooking is most convenient in a cauldron or any dish with a thick bottom.
Fry the meat with salt and spices until tender.
Add diced onions and carrots. My carrots are small, I just cut them into circles.
Sauté the vegetables for 10 minutes and add the sliced tomatoes.
Simmer everything together for about 3-5 minutes.
Then add the diced potatoes and washed rice.
Pour in water (the amount of water depends on the desired thickness of the soup), adjust for salt and cook until all ingredients are done.
Uzbek rice soup is ready.
