Grind instant oatmeal in a blender bowl, turning it almost into flour, into small crumbs.

Pour them into a deep container, beat in a chicken egg, add granulated sugar and salt.

Lay out the cottage cheese, preferably a high-fat product.

Stir in the oatmeal dough.

In another container, combine the remaining cottage cheese, chicken egg white, sugar, salt, sour cream of any fat content. Mix the filling thoroughly. Set the yolk aside, it will grease the edges of almost baked cheesecakes.
