Oatmeal cheesecakes are ideal for breakfast before work or school, and can be taken with you on a trip, to a picnic or as a snack. The dish turns out not only tasty, but also very satisfying, aromatic and appetizing.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Grind instant oatmeal in a blender bowl, turning it almost into flour, into small crumbs.
Pour them into a deep container, beat in a chicken egg, add granulated sugar and salt.
Lay out the cottage cheese, preferably a high-fat product.
Stir in the oatmeal dough.
In another container, combine the remaining cottage cheese, chicken egg white, sugar, salt, sour cream of any fat content. Mix the filling thoroughly. Set the yolk aside, it will grease the edges of almost baked cheesecakes.
Grease a baking sheet or baking paper with butter. Divide the oatmeal dough into equal parts and roll each of them into a bun in your hands. Soak your hands in water for this. Flatten each ball of dough on the baking sheet and form into rimmed cakes.
Place the curd filling in the recesses. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and place a baking sheet in it. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Then remove and brush the sides of the dough with the yolk left. Bake for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove the fragrant cheesecakes from the oven and let cool slightly, then serve.
