For our soup we use chicken thighs, I have them without bone and skin. Also be sure to add sweet aromatic peppers to the soup. You can cook the noodles yourself, you can use the store. Everyone will like this soup, it can be served with your favorite herbs, delicious fresh bread or homemade crackers.
Prepare all ingredients.
Rinse and dry the chicken, cut into small pieces. Also peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Transfer the chicken and potatoes to a pot of boiling water and cook for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the onions, carrots, peppers, garlic. Wash and dry all the vegetables, cut the onion, garlic and pepper into cubes, grate the carrots.
Heat the frying pan and pour in the oil, put the vegetables, fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the prepared dressing to a pot with potatoes and chicken. Also add noodles, salt and pepper to taste. Cook the soup for another 10 minutes.
