Any part of the turkey can be cooked in this marinade. I preferred the shoulder section. The main thing is to keep the meat in the marinade for at least 3 hours. When baked, you can make a delicious sauce from the juice that has released, thickening it with flour, or pour it over a side dish when serving. Prepare the required ingredients.
Peel the kiwi and grate on a coarse grater.
Add hot peppers, turmeric, salt to taste, vegetable oil to the kiwi. Stir.
Wash the turkey, pat dry with a paper towel. Rub lightly with salt. Take a roasting sleeve. Pour the marinade into it, transfer the turkey.
Tie the sleeve and flip the turkey well. It is important that the marinade is evenly distributed. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
After the time has passed, transfer the roasting sleeve to the baking dish. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Consider the specifics of your oven.
Remove the cooked turkey from the oven, break off the roasting sleeve. Pour the juice over it and put it in the oven again for 10 minutes. The dish is then ready to serve.
