Turkey with celery and carrots
Cooking description:
When choosing a turkey for your meal, opt for fillets or boneless thighs. It is very important that the meat is free of films and streaks. For cheese sauce, it is precisely processed cheese that is needed; a damp product can spoil the sauce. Flakes and water rejection may occur. The amount of celery can be varied to taste. Take these nuances into account and the dish will delight you with its taste.
Prepare the required ingredients.
Slice the turkey into thin strips.
Cut the onion into feathers, carrots into thin strips.
Cut the celery into small pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, lower the turkey. Fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring.
Then add carrots and onions. Stir. Cover with a lid. Simmer all together for 10 minutes.
Add celery after the time has passed. Stir. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Combine processed cheese and milk in a bowl. Stir well until smooth.
Pour the curd into a saucepan with the turkey and vegetables. Stir over moderate heat until thickened. Reduce heat to low, cover and heat for 3-5 minutes. Then remove from heat.
Serve the turkey with celery and carrots with a side dish. Enjoy your meal!
