For the recipe, we use pasta in the form of nests, from durum wheat. We prepare the sauce on the basis of turkey fillet, with the addition of tomato, carrots and onions. Everything is very simple and fast, I am sure that many will like this performance. You can serve pasta to the table with herbs.
Prepare all ingredients.
Rinse and dry the turkey fillet, cut into small pieces.
Peel carrots and onions, wash and dry vegetables. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into cubes.
Heat oil in a frying pan, put onions and carrots, fry for a few minutes. Add the turkey and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Pour the tomato into the pan and simmer for 15 minutes.
Place the nests in a separate skillet.
Pour the prepared sauce over the nests.
Add boiling water to the skillet so that it is above the middle of the pasta. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, until the pasta is done. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the finished pasta with herbs and serve.
