Wash the turkey fillet and dry well with a paper towel, cut into slices, salt and pepper.
In the breadcrumbs, add paprika and grated cheese, mix.
Prepare the workplace, put in a row bread crumbs, beaten egg, flour.
Put on a frying pan, pour vegetable oil on it, first roll a slice of meat in flour.
Next, dip a piece of meat in the egg.
Lastly, roll in a mixture of breadcrumbs and cheese.
Fry the nuggets on both sides until golden brown.
Spread the fried nuggets on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
