Turkey meatballs are prepared simply and relatively quickly. The dish turns out to be juicy, tender, in a wonderful sweet and sour sauce. Despite the fact that many such meatballs will seem boring, they are quite suitable for the festive table.
Prepare the ingredients for making the turkey meatballs.
Put the minced turkey in a bowl. Add chopped onion and garlic in any way.
Pour a white roll with cold boiled water. Squeeze out the water after 5 minutes. Pass the loaf through a meat grinder or mash with a fork, chop in a blender.
Salt minced meat to taste and mix thoroughly.
Form the meatballs with wet hands and place in a baking dish.
Mix the tomato juice with flour so that there are no lumps. Add sugar and salt to taste. Pour the meatballs with the prepared sauce and place in the oven preheated to 180-190 degrees.
Bake the meatballs for 30-35 minutes.
The turkey meatballs are ready in the oven. Serve hot with any side dish.
