An Italian-style turkey turns out to be fragrant, tasty and satisfying. The meat in the sauce is very tender and goes well with any side dish.
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the turkey into strips.
Chop the onion into half rings and finely chop the garlic.
Breaded the meat in flour.
Fry the turkey until golden brown.
Add the onion and garlic and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the sauce – tomato paste mixed with sour cream and water. Use about 200 grams of water. Add oregano and basil.
Simmer the turkey in the sauce for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
