To make the meat even more tender, marinate the drumstick in soy sauce. We use garlic and other spices for aroma. Also, be sure to add some sugar and lemon juice, these ingredients will balance the taste of the sauce. In order for the marinade to soak the shin well, it is necessary to make cuts in the pulp.
Prepare turkey drumstick and marinade spices. Choose fresh, good quality meat.
Rinse the lower leg, blot the moisture on top with napkins. Make several longitudinal cuts with a knife along the entire lower leg, right down to the bone.
Prepare the marinade separately. Pour soy sauce and some oil into a bowl. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon, after removing the seeds from the citrus. Add spices – curry, paprika, sugar and salt. Add chopped garlic and a little mustard.
Mix all components thoroughly, getting a homogeneous marinade.
Place the turkey in an ovenproof dish of a suitable size, pour the marinade on top so that it completely envelops the drumstick. Also be sure to pour the marinade into the incisions. Marinate the drumstick for at least 1 hour, but longer.
After a while, close the mold with the turkey with foil, load into the oven. Bake for 1-1.5 hours, the time depends on the size of the drumstick.
About 20 minutes before the end of the process, remove the foil so that the top of the lower leg is slightly browned.
After the lag, carefully separate the meat from the bone, pour it over with a soup, serve in tandem with a side dish.
