Tuna mousse – a step by step recipe with a photo on

Cooking description:

The mousse is perfect for a bite-sized snack with salty crackers, croutons or toasted bread. You can take it with you to nature in a thermal bag or to work. The dish is prepared very quickly, the main thing is to wait for it to solidify in the refrigerator.

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Sour cream can be used with any fat content, and gelatin – sheet.

Boil water and pour it into a deep container: a bowl or a bowl. Pour gelatin there and leave to swell for about 5-10 minutes. Then stir again thoroughly to dissolve in water.

In another container, combine the shavings of tuna (canned), sour cream of any fat content, pour in the liquid with gelatin dissolved in it. Add salt and ground black pepper. Remember that gelatin "draws in" part of the taste: salt or sugar, so don't be afraid to oversalt the dish!

Steam all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl with an immersion blender for 2-3 minutes.

Pour the mixture into bowls or silicone molds. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours to harden.

After hardening, serve with crackers, toasted toast, etc.
