Tulip dough is prepared quite simply and quickly, but after baking it needs to be worked very quickly, since when cooling finished products freeze and begin to break.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making the tulip test.

Put the butter in a bowl and melt. Cool to room temperature.

Break the egg and separate the protein from the yolk, we do not need the yolk. Put the protein in a cold bowl and beat in a lush foam.

While whisking, pour in powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.
