Description of the preparation:
Tulip dough is prepared quite simply and quickly, but after baking it needs to be worked very quickly, since when cooling finished products freeze and begin to break.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making the tulip test.
Put the butter in a bowl and melt. Cool to room temperature.
Break the egg and separate the protein from the yolk, we do not need the yolk. Put the protein in a cold bowl and beat in a lush foam.
While whisking, pour in powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.
Sift the flour through a fine sieve into a bowl of whipped protein.
Mix gently until smooth.
Pour chilled butter into the dough and mix gently again.
Cover the bowl with the dough with a cloth and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
To make figures from the tulip test, preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper (good quality, otherwise do not remove) or a silicone baking mat. Apply a thin layer of dough in the form of figures that you want to make.
Put in a hot oven and bake for 2-3 minutes.
Remove and without removing the pan immediately make a figure.
Enjoy working with the test and more imagination!
