Tsar's pancakes with yeast and milk

Cooking is not difficult at all, see the step by step recipe. From this amount of ingredients, about 15 pieces are obtained, depending on the diameter of the pan.
Prepare your ingredients.
Pour about 100 ml. warm milk, dissolve yeast in it, let it activate for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks, mash the yolks with salt and sugar.
Add warm milk to the yolks.
Stir in flour, try not to leave lumps.
Pour in milk with yeast.
Add melted butter, mix.
Whisk the whites until fluffy.
Pour the egg whites into the dough.
Gently mix the proteins into the dough, being careful to maintain the structure of the proteins.
Before frying the first pancake, heat the pan and wipe it with butter. Pour the dough into the skillet and fry on both sides.
Serve the king's pancakes with sour cream, butter, jam or preserves, whichever you like best. Or quite royally, with caviar!
