You can take absolutely any cheese for baking, the main thing is that it melts well. In addition, the taste of the finished dish directly depends on its variety. The sharper the cheese, the more savory the trout will turn out. If leeks are not available, substitute green onions or sautéed onions.
Prepare all the ingredients you need to cook the trout and cheese in the oven. Wash and dry the leek, peel the scales and rinse the trout.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Fillet a piece of trout by removing all bones. Place the fillets in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper.
Top the fish with lemon juice.
Cut the leek into slices and place on top of the fish.
Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater and completely cover the trout fillet.
Put in a hot oven and bake the fish at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Remove the trout dish and serve immediately.
Enjoy your meal!
