Prepare all ingredients. Peel the carrots, wash the beans.

Trim the ends of the beans, cut the pods themselves into small pieces, dry.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater, put in a bowl. Add chopped dill and minced garlic.

Dissolve the salt in the water and bring to a boil, lower the beans and cook for 3 minutes. After removing the beans, cool the water.

Stack the beans, carrots, garlic, and herbs in layers. Fill the entire jar.

Pour the cooled brine over the beans and leave in the cold for 2 days.

Tursha in Armenian is ready to serve.
