Tomatoes with mint for the winter

These tomatoes have a pleasant aftertaste. I really like the taste of tomatoes. For the recipe, we choose medium-sized tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, or just small tomatoes. You won't need a lot of mint, just one sprig. Take note of the recipe, these tomatoes will perfectly complement any dish.

Prepare your ingredients.

Wash and dry the tomatoes, then check that all the tomatoes are whole and undamaged.

Wash the jar for the preparation thoroughly with baking soda, then rinse well under warm running water. Sterilize the jar and lid in a convenient way – over steam, in the oven or microwave. Put mint, dill rosette, garlic, chili on the bottom of the jar (0.5 liters).

Boil clean water on the stove, pour boiling water into a jar, put a lid on the neck and leave for 10 minutes. After a while, pour the water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and return to the jar, again leave it alone for 10 minutes.

Pour the water back into the pot, add salt and sugar, boil for a minute and add vinegar.

Return the marinade to the tomatoes. Roll up the jar tightly with a sterile lid, put upside down. Cover the workpiece with a warm blanket or blanket, leave it alone for 24 hours. After the specified time, transfer the workpiece to the pantry.
