Tomatoes with basil for the winter
Description of preparation:
Below I will give a detailed description of how to cook tomatoes with basil. Choose ripe but firm tomatoes with a dense skin. Basil will suit both purple and green. If desired, a little red pepper, chopped into strips, can be added to the bottom of the jar. A moderately spicy, spicy, sweet-spicy taste will instantly win you over!
Prepare all the ingredients.

Halve the tomatoes, remove the stem.

At the bottom of the can, put onion, garlic and parsley, sliced in half rings.

Fill a jar of tomatoes with the slice down. Lay layers with basil leaves.

Next, prepare the marinade. Add sugar, salt, peas and coriander seeds to the pan with water. Bring to a boil, pour in vinegar and boil for another 1 minute.

Pour the marinade over the tomatoes.

Sterilize the jar under the lid for 10 minutes in boiling water.

Pour oil into the jar, tighten the lid tightly, turn over and leave to cool completely.

Tomatoes with basil for the winter are ready, bon appetit!
