Tilapia in cream is very simple and quick to prepare. This is a wonderful, healthy, light and hearty dinner. You can take cream of any fat content, since tilapia is an absolutely lean fish. Serve vegetable salad, pickles with this dish and consider that the day is a success!
Prepare the ingredients for making tilapia.
Boil potatoes or bake them in the oven. Then cool slightly and clean. Chop randomly and place in a baking dish. Season with salt to taste.
Peel, wash and chop the onions. Place in a skillet with sunflower oil. Fry until transparent.
Place the fried onions over the potatoes.
Defrost tilapia and wash. Slice and place over potatoes in a mold.
Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with basil.
Pour the cream over the fish, potatoes and onions.
Then send the tilapia to the oven, preheated to 175 degrees.
Bake tilapia in cream for 20 minutes and remove from oven.
