  • Flour – 90 gr.
  • Chicken eggs – 4 pcs.

  • Starch – 20 gr.
  • Cocoa powder – 15 gr.
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
  • Butter – 30 gr. (melted)
  • Cherry – 500 gr. (frozen)
  • Hot water – 200 ml.
  • Sugar – 200 gr.
  • Cherry tincture – 70 ml.
  • Cream – 500 ml.
  • Powdered Sugar – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Dark Chocolate – 50 gr.
  • Vanillin – a pinch

Cake Ingredients

Let's start by making a biscuit. Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks, half sugar and vanilla into a thick foam. Beat the whites separately separately in a dense foam, add sugar and beat until stable peaks. Combine the protein and yolk mass, mix with a spatula from the bottom up. Dry ingredients: mix flour, cocoa powder and starch and sift in a separate container. Combine the dry and egg mixture, mix gently with a spatula. Add melted butter and mix again.

Lubricate the mold with a diameter of 18-19 cm and sprinkle with flour. Pour in the dough. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.

Chocolate sponge cake

Make syrup. Pour 200 grams of sugar with hot water, bring to a boil and cook until the sugar grains dissolve. Then pour in the cherry tincture and cook one more minute. Sprinkle frozen cherries with cinnamon and pour hot syrup. Leave to insist for 40-50 minutes, so that the cherry is soaked in syrup. You can do this in advance and leave it all night.

Then throw the cherry on a sieve, and leave the syrup to soak the cakes. Cut the cooled sponge cake into 4 cakes. Soak each one in syrup.

How to make a cake

Make a cream. Whip the cold cream until a thick foam, then add the powdered sugar while continuing to whip. Beat the cream to steady peaks.

Now you can collect the cake. Place the cream in a pastry bag. On the cake, apply two rings of cream. Between these rings lay the rings of cherry. Flatten and cover with the following cake.   • Vegetable oil – 120 ml.
  • Spinach – 250 gr.
  • Wheat flour – 280 gr.
  • Starch – 20 gr.
  • Baking powder – 10 gr.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.

  • Whipping cream – 500 gr.
  • Curd cheese – 200 gr.
  • Sugar – 100 gr.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
  • Water – 4 tbsp. spoons
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Berries to taste

Remove products for cake in advance from the refrigerator – they must be at room temperature. But the products for the cream are best used chilled.

Sort the spinach and wash. Pour oil into a blender bowl, adding spinach in parts, whisk in mashed potatoes.

Spinach dough for cake

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until a light air mass is obtained. Gradually add the spinach mass to the egg, continue to beat. Combine flour with starch and baking powder, sift. Enter the flour mixture into the egg, mix gently.

Form a diameter of 24 cm. Cover with parchment or grease with oil, pour in the dough. Bake for 50 minutes at 170 degrees. Check readiness with a wooden skewer. Cool the finished biscuit.

Lubricate the mold with a diameter of 22-24 cm with vegetable oil and pour the dough. Bake for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees. Readiness check with a toothpick or skewer.
