For cooking, use mineral water with gas, select additional ingredients as desired. At the same time, the onion must be part of the marinade. For pork, use the neck or ham. Kebab is marinated for about 2-3 hours, the recipe will help out in a situation where you need to urgently cook meat, but there is no time for a longer preparation.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Cut the onion into rings, transfer to a container of suitable size and remember with your hands to let the juice flow.
Add portioned meat.
Squeeze lemon juice, add chopped herbs, spices, salt to taste and mineral water. There should be enough water for the marinade to completely cover the meat. Mix everything well. Leave the meat to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Fry kebabs, stringing meat on skewers or laying on a wire rack.
