  • Bacon – 50 grams;
  • Spaghetti – 100 grams;
  • Cream – 1 glass;
  • Butter – 1 tbsp. l .;
  • Yolk – 1 pc.;
  • Cheese – 50 grams (optional);
  • Salt and pepper, herbs – to taste.

Boil spaghetti in salted water until half cooked (a couple of minutes less than indicated on the package). Throw in a colander, dry and season with butter. Put the bacon, sliced ​​in slices, into the pan and sauté it until golden brown. Pour in the cream, add salt and pepper to taste. Put spaghetti in boiling cream and warm for a couple of minutes.
