Below I will tell you more about how to make mushroom terrine. You can take any mushrooms, it turns out especially tasty with forest ones. They will first need to be boiled, and then follow the recipe. Instead of dill, you can add parsley or cilantro. Mushroom terrine is very delicate in taste. It can be spread on bread or served as a snack.

Prepare all ingredients.

Fry the onion, chopped into small cubes, until soft.

Add the mushrooms cut into slices. Fry them until the excess liquid evaporates. Season with salt and pepper.

Use a blender to grind the tofu and cream. Add cheese yeast and salt to taste, beat again with a blender until smooth.

Add finely chopped dill, fried mushrooms and onions to the resulting mass. Stir.

Pour the mixture into a tin foil-lined dish and flatten. Bake the terrine at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
