Tasty cutlets of canned fish

Delicious meatballs can be prepared from any canned food – sardine, mackerel, saury, tuna, etc. Such cutlets will appeal to both adults and children. Serving cutlets to the table can be just like that, with a slice of bread – you get a tasty snack, but you can serve them with mashed potatoes and a salad of fresh vegetables – you get a hearty dinner. Prepare the ingredients.

Transfer canned fish to a deep container, mash with a fork.

Add a little mayonnaise or sour cream and a chicken egg to the canned food.

Peel the onion, rinse and dry. Cut the onions into small cubes and add to the fish.

Add semolina, salt and pepper.

Stir all the ingredients and let stand for several hours.

Form cutlets and fry them in vegetable oil on both sides, 4-5 minutes on each side.
