Stuffed Stuffed Cabbage
Description of the preparation:
We use minced meat from pork and beef, cabbage will suit both young and late. Add some potatoes, sour cream, be sure to use cheese. You can serve the finished dish with a variety of fresh vegetables and herbs.
Prepare all the ingredients.

Rinse the cabbage and cut into thin strips.

Warm the pan, add oil and transfer the cabbage. Since the cabbage is young, it cooks quickly. Fry the cabbage stirring for 7-8 minutes.

Prepare a form for the oven. Cut the potatoes into plates and lay on the bottom of the mold. Stuff the minced meat with salt, pepper and season with dry garlic. From the minced meat, form two cakes with a recess. Put the minced meat on top of the potatoes.

Fill the minced meat with cooked cabbage.

Grease the cabbage with sour cream. On each piece, lay out a tablespoon of sour cream with a slide.

Pour water into the mold, bake in the oven under the foil for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. After a while, remove the form from the oven.

Put hard cheese on top of the blanks and bake for another 10-12 minutes. Serve the finished dish to the table.
