The most important thing when creating such sweets is that you know exactly what ingredients they are prepared from and can control this process, treating even children with a delicious dessert! Choose strawberries that are not juicy so that the candy does not get soaked.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Instead of wafer cakes, you can use regular sweet waffles, but then you need to exclude sugar from the list of ingredients.
Break the wafer cakes into pieces, preferably small, and place in a chopper bowl.
Punch for 2-4 minutes into the crumb using the pulsating mode.
Pour the waffle crumbs into a deep plate and add sour cream of any fat content and sugar there. Mix thoroughly.
Form small balls from the waffle mass and flatten them slightly. Rinse the strawberries and remove the tails. Dry the berries with paper towels, otherwise the waffle mass will not stick to the wet berries. Place the berries in the center of each piece.
Gently close the mass so that the berry is inside and roll it in cocoa powder.
Serve sweets with tea or cappuccino. If desired, they can be chilled before serving.
