Dessert just melts in your mouth, it is impossible to stop when you start tasting it. You can prepare a treat every day during the harvest season of this aromatic berry, or prepare it from strawberry jam, jam or frozen berries.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Pour gelatin with hot water and leave for 15 minutes to swell.
Rinse the strawberries in water, remove the tails and cut into slices into a deep container.
Purée the entire berry mass with a hand blender.
Pour it into a cauldron or ladle, add granulated sugar. If you do not like to come across bones, then wipe the mass through a strainer. Warm up the whole mass until the sugar dissolves for about 3-5 minutes, making sure that no foam forms.
Turn off the heat and cool the berry mass for about 5 minutes. At this time, stir the liquid with the gelatin. Pour the berry mass into the container of a food processor, add the liquid with gelatin there, and cover the container with a lid. Begin whisking on high speed for about 8-10 minutes until the entire mass is whitened and doubled. Remember that you need to beat the hot berry puree, not cooled down.
Cover a deep container with cling film and be sure to grease it with vegetable oil, otherwise you will not be able to remove it from the berry mousse later. Pour in the whipped mass and gently smooth over the entire surface. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, and preferably in the freezer for 40-50 minutes.
Remove the congealed mass and carefully remove the film.
Pour the icing sugar onto a plate and cut the mixture into cubes. Dip them in powdered sugar, but you can skip this step.
Place the treat on a plate or board, serve chilled.
