Description of the preparation:
Chicken stomachs are a cheap and healthy offal. From them you can cook excellent dishes and soups. Today I have a roast of chicken stomachs and potatoes. In a slow cooker, the stomachs languish and turn out tender. Potatoes in this case are a great addition. It turns out wonderful roast, satisfying and tasty.
Prepare the ingredients for making chicken stomachs with potatoes.
Wash the chicken stomachs well and cut into two parts. Put the crock-pot in the pan. Pour 200 ml. water.
Turn on the "Extinguishing" mode and cook the stomachs for 60 minutes until soft.
Then add sunflower oil, chopped onion and carrots.
Turn the Extinguishing mode back on for 20 minutes.
Peel, wash and chop the potatoes not very finely. Put in the bowl of the crock-pot. Salt and pepper to taste. Add bay leaf.
Pour 350 ml. water. Turn the multicooker into Extinguishing mode and cook another 40 minutes.
Add chopped garlic and chopped dill to the cooked roast.
Chicken stomachs with potatoes in a slow cooker are ready. Serve for lunch or dinner.
