Stewed potatoes with honey mushrooms – a step-by-step recipe with a photo on Povar.ru
Description of preparation:
Before starting cooking, I want to note that honey agarics can be taken not only fresh, but also frozen, dried and even pickled. To diversify the dish, you can also add to it bell peppers, cabbage, tomatoes or any meat product. The recipe is actually quite simple and helps when you need to whip up a satisfying and tasty meal for the whole family. Take note!
Prepare all the ingredients.
Peel and cut the potatoes into large pieces.
Add washed mushrooms to the potato.
Pour potato mushrooms with water so that it practically covers them, add salt and your favorite spices. Put on the stove, bring to a boil, remove the resulting foam and cook on moderate heat until cooked.
Meanwhile, chop the onion into cubes, and grate the carrots.
Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil until tender.
When the potatoes are almost ready, add the contents of the pan to it.
At the very end, add chopped fresh herbs and chopped garlic.
Let the prepared dish stand under the lid for 10-15 minutes and you can serve the stewed potatoes with honey mushrooms to the table.
