Prepare the indicated ingredients. Peel the potatoes. Peel the meat of films and veins, which it is so rich in. It is best to use a tenderloin from the belly or back.

Rinse the peeled goat meat in water, cut into small pieces. Heat the vegetable oil in a cauldron and fry the meat in it on all sides for 10 minutes.
